1. Order management. coping with customer inquiries and follow up issues.
2. Coordinate project manager for new project management works.
3. Set up related process for project launch smoothly.
4. Communicate with customer on their needs and assist sales manager on the customer maintenance job.
5. Finish RFQ in time and provide various solutions.
1. Bachelor degree or above.
2. Minimum 3 years working experience in customer service or project management. Working experiences in printing and package or international trade company is preferred.
3. Fluency in English and computer skills.
4. Good team player, good execution, find and problem-solving skills, and teamwork abilities. Strong communication skills.
